These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at ioanniskaplani.gr and your purchase of products from IOANNIS KAPLANI, Panepistimiou 28, 106 79 Athens, Greece.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others. You must not transmit unsolicited communications or introduce viruses or other malicious code.

2. Ordering and Sale

To place an order, you submit your name and telephone number via the order form. This constitutes a request to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when our team calls to confirm the order and you verbally accept. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay. We reserve the right to update prices without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment is made on delivery by cash or card (Visa, Mastercard) to the courier or postal agent. No payment is taken online or in advance.

Orders are confirmed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00). Orders placed outside these hours will be confirmed on the next working day.

3. Product Disclaimer

Mirora Essential Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use this product as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch at no charge. You may return any unopened, sealed product within 14 calendar days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). See our Return Policy for the full procedure. Please note that food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IOANNIS KAPLANI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 14 days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
