Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy sets out your rights when returning Mirora Essential Complex and how refunds are handled.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be: in its original, unopened and sealed condition; unused; in the original packaging. Please note: food supplements with a broken or removed tamper seal cannot be accepted for return for food hygiene and safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3)).

3. How to Return

To initiate a return: contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone (+44 20 7946 0823) within 14 days of receipt; we will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions; securely package the product and send it to: IOANNIS KAPLANI, Panepistimiou 28, 106 79 Athens, Greece.

4. Return Postage

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a full refund of the purchase price (£32.99) will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. As payment is made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer or other agreed method.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. Simply contact us by phone during business hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00) or by email. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process above applies.

7. Refusing Delivery

As payment is collected on delivery, you may refuse the delivery at the door at no cost. The order will be returned to us and no charge will be applied.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
