Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is vegetarian and free from animal-derived gelatine.

Mirora Essential Complex does not contain gluten, lactose or artificial colours. Excipients include magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, which are standard flow agents used in capsule manufacture.

Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is intended as a complement to a balanced, varied diet - not a replacement for one.

Simply continue on the following day at your normal time. Never take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.
